The story of ARCHIE...

Archie is everybody's favourite. Despite his large and potentially threatening  appearance this dog is your classic gentle giant. There is no need for concern as he lollops towards you with a deep gravelly bark. He is a relaxed & loveable beast who expresses his joy with firm & painful whacks of his wagging tail and offerings of tennis balls at your feet. He prefers 2 balls at a time, one in each swollen cheek.

In this portrait we wanted to contrast his look with the background, using the juxtaposition of a proud & powerful dog, with the gentle floral backdrop as an expression of his true charm & disposition.
